    Hey Mike if you get some time could you have a go at ripping this one? Its much better quality and higher resoloution, took me ages to find this quality

    yea when i get sometime this week i will. i used the extract tool in photoshop to do the "quickie" for a real percise job it is best to use channels and the dodge and burn tool and make a mask. there are some good tuts out there for it the best one is http://www.russellbrown.com/tips_tech.html scroll down to Advanced Masking and watch the video. its pretty large video so hopefully you are on broadband. I learned alot from that site and also http://good-tutorials.com/. it just takes patience to learn it and alot of practice to get it right.
