Publishing Menu to Web Site

HMMMM, where to begin, ok I have a website, www.lisastieg.com, it is a site that is created by others, but I have the ability to make changes and add custom content etc.... I want to change the current menu to a custom menu I created in MM, I am having a HUGE problem getting this uploaded, since this was not created by me per se. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

See if there is anything in my online illustrated tutorial that goes all the way through publishing that may make a light bulb go off. There is something you are missing...we just need to find it. Could it be you make changes to the menu, but then don't reload ALL pages again...(that contain this menu)

I find that if I do not re load all the pages that contain the menu, only one page has the new version of the menu...This would require you having copies of all the pages in a site that will contain the menu.
