Problems linking buttons

For some reason, I am beginning to have major problems (okay major to me) when turning a button into a hyperlink. I'm trying to refrain from using every curse word in this post. I am so beyond frustrated. I have done the SAME EXACT F**KING thing on a different website and it works fine. And actually on that website, I'm now beginning to have problems when I didn't before. WTF?!?

Anyway, below is the code that gets inserted by Webstyle4. The first is from one that works and the 2nd is from one that doesn't. But the code is the same!!! Please help me...i'm ready to kill myself.

Are both supposed to be buttons? I don't see in the second script where a button path is expressed.

The difference is just in the path of the file. This is two different websites.

Strange...it is a button. I'm getting it by doing Insert - Xara Webstyle 4 - Button.
