Problem with dropdown menus

When my page isnt all the way at the top, my drop downs arent "attached" to the menu, and are then unclickable.

Does anyone know how to fix this? The pages were created in Dreamweaver.

It's still effective though. My guess would be that the outline color of the drop down boxes is similar or perhaps transparent to your white background.

Change the background, do a preview in browser and see if the effect still occurs. It may be a transparency issue of that particular style of drop down or an intentional design.
