NewEra, please keep your "learning web design" posts in one thread. It will make it easier for people to see what you are up to.

    New Age,

I have been looking through all of your designs, and I can't say anything else but : have a good look at general design rules and colour schemes. The sites you came up with are not really doing you any favours if you want to get any further with it.

It is all clunky, un-coordinated, links/buttons not working, stolen stuff (like Risto already said before) and basically I wouldn't want to have your company touch my company webimage. Free webbuilder stuff is what it looks like.

Your own site is a shopwindow that should show off your smooth and professional designing skills. Sadly in your window I see amateurism...

I can't say I am a real genius at designing, but I do know what would sell and what most certainly won't. I am sure you can do much better once you get in the swing of things though. So I do admire your persistance in coming up with sites. BUT.... come with your OWN stuff, or at least tell people where you found it...

Reading back it all sounds a bit harsh. It is not meant that way though, it is meant as an opinion that I formed while browsing through...

It is only fair to comment on MY work now, so I'll put some of my work here.
Go and butcher, because I too need to learn lots and lots and even more lots....

    Hey Rick,

I noticed that Marceli Woman Photo was a tad jagged around the edges. It might be better to mask that out to make it smoother.

There are several good photograph masking tutorials around, one even gets down to the hair level.
