ha ha never thought of that version Grafixman, I thought it was just a made up word. I do remember a story about a farmer who used a hole drilled for oil exploration and abandoned for the site of his "outhouse" that was 2 miles deep come to think of it KERRRRRRRRRRRRplonk. but this is not the place to tell the full story.

Thank you both for your remarks, I have just been playing around with 3d bump map in the plugins, it wasn't until I read the tutorial that I began to understand what it was for. I don't know yet where I will use it but it seems a useful tool. thanks again. Oh yes Ron I liked yor version of the Gremlinx.
