no my full name is not twidder twitcher (laugh) fraid I wouldn't like that. not even sure I like twidder, but do like the similarity of what birders are called in the UK. would never have known. (in this country those who used to be described as bird watchers are now called Birders---you know, if you like to fish you say your going fishing. well same idea: Birders go birding)

good job parahandy on coming up with something from memory. not so familiar with UK birds, but this one has a strong resemblance to our Magpie (crow/jay family, large with l_ on_ g tail. black & white. can be noisy. very common where I live). like your textured background.

    still needing rest.....

Yes it was a magpie, a bird we are not very fond of,( although I made a weather vane using the magpie. I will send you a photo of it sometime woodworking is my other hobby.) it is on the increase unlike other species . At one time the sparrow was the predominent bird here now in my garden only about 12 appear plenty starlings one or two bluetits only 1 chaffinch this year no green finches or bull finches. Enjoy your rest Nance dont come back with an answer. Captain Norm.

I like that rub a dub. So what happened after they landed. There has to be a next scene.
