Wow Norm, I just snuck in for a quick look and looky looky what I found. Fantastic. But I have a simple question. How are you planning to get this into the bottle of Mac Norm, especially if it's not empty. Sorry, to far away to be of any help. Egg and Popeye are in the neighborhood if you really need help in empting the bottle to get the ship in. I do believe I understand where the red nose in your character is coming from, you must be a modeler of minature ships to stuff into bottles, which probably explains why there is a bottle in the swimming trunks....."be prepared, prepared to be"......frank

p.s. I don't know where everybody else keeps coming up with the great ideas and the talent to do them but if it's a gift from God, he's obviously forgotten about me

Well in olden days you would have taken that up with the Muzes.
And since in Greece the old God`s may be worshipped again, you
might try to find a muze, but they only hand out inspiration.
Talents are a different matter, I have actually no idear who`s
department that is,(hmm depart-ment, guess nobody is in there
for they have departed. ) if I wander further than the one God
believe, for in that case it would be easy ofcourse, and prare might
help, or a glass of wine might help a bit too, but the problem with that
is, your hand eye coördination gets a bit off.

So try the muzes, they are jolly company and a loving bunch.

Norm, another beautiful job. Are these models you have made or have around the house or are these from pictures?

This was made for me by an old sailor pal of mine 50 odd years ago he carved it using an old table knife sharpened up then hand painted it . to accompaqny this reply here is a picture from an idea put into my head by Frank, I had to pour a whole bottle of whisky down the drain just to get the bottle.
