Forgot to add that you can make subfolders making up as many categories as you need. For instance, you have forms numbered 100-2000. You would just make folders for each number series of forms (form100, form200...form2000) and attach that folder name at the end of the url.
Example:
I make a folder to hold all my 2000 series forms which are PDF or in Word format(doc.)
I would put this in Webstyles Drop Down Menu URL box:
\\pussycat\Windowsdata (f)\office Forms\form2000
A word of caution though.
If you only want your users to just read the forms and download them, I would make the documents read only. That is, not editable. So some schmoe won't be double clicking a form you made in Microsoft Word and editing it because he wants to change it to suit him.
It's the old RWED rule (read/write/edit/delete.)
Okay, I'm done. Hope that is what you wanted to do.
