This is one Contract I would have loved to have gotten (at an hourly rate) A website designed by a committee. Too bad I am one of the committee members and have to try and get a design worked up so they can let a contract for dreamweaver template for the site.

I would not touch this with a ten foot pole if I had to flat bid it.
