    I just purchased Menu Maker today. When I tried to install the template
    pack (mm11tpack.exe) the file can not be unpacked because it is corrupted
    and will not open. I tried to look at the support FAQs, but none of those
    pages are viewable. ("Page can not be displayed") I've downloaded the
    file 5 times. Each time, the file is corrupted. Please help!

    Hi

    The behaviour mentioned with the FAQs would occur if cookies are being blocked from xaraonline.com or app.xaraonline.com or your internet security applications (firewall for example) is preventing http referrer information from being set.


    The above was taken from an email i recieved from xara support today after i mailed them with the same problem, as for the template problem I can't help I'm afraid

    HI we have replied to Jasmine and have provided assistance in obtaining the template pack
