creating interactive CD Rom

Hi, I need to create an interactive cd rom. basically an auto load menu that can activate movie clips and other files from the cd.

can this be done with Menu Maker?

If you are making the pages html then it should not be a problem, it's just like a portable website I know that I have done it a while back I will try to look it out, but I also know that I carry a demo site on a USB Flash Drive so anything is possible
