My friend asked me the same thing and I am sure its not possible I think its just the export setting thats makes it a swf the internal program is different.

There's no way to change the authoring stage files. You'll need to save as a .SWF and then import that in Flash. It's a pain, I know, but it's the only way I know of for now.
