I use Eliminate Black and Eliminate White quite frequently. Great filters. Sometimes a wee bit squirrley, however, but free is good, I can do that.

The image itself seems to work for making drops. I haven't been successful in drawing a drop using the natural drops as a guide.

I have been building fringes using the Eliminate White plugin, too.
