Default PLEASE HELP ME! Noob question

Hi. I am new to this forum and i have a problem that i hope someone can help me with. My friend needs some halftones for some artwork that will eventually be tshirts. How do i do this in corel draw? I am using corel draw 9 and although this may be a really simple question i have never had to do this before in corel and i need help. Im sure alot of you will know about this type of thing.

How do i create usable halftones for tshirt screen printing in corel draw 9?

A HUGE THANKS to anyone who can help me learn.

By what process will they be printed on the t-shirt? Iron-on or silk-screening?
If silkscreening, you need to ask the screener what software he accepts, and if he can print a graduated dot pattern or only solid vector shapes and what percentage his screen is.
Every day's a new day, "draw" on what you've learned.
