Color wheel; xaraxone

I seem to remember a neat color utility--a wheel basically that helped in finding proper contrasting and harmonizing colors. This was a year or more ago. Anyone recall this?

I thought it was somewhere in Xaraxone; and BTW, I cannot get into XaraXone. Plug in http://www.xaraxone.com/ and after a long wait I get a blank page and the browser displays 'Done'. Does anyone know about this?

Yes, the program you are looking for is called "Color Mixer".
Look for it in the shareware section of the XaraXone.
And yes, the Xaraxone did seem to be down for a while this morning, but it is back up and running.
