I want to make an new type of line which mix of line and big dot/circle, or line and plus (+). In toolbox-line there is only dash and dot in edit style. Is there any plugin for that, to make a new style of line? thx.

You could do this as text on a path, finding the appropriate period and altering your vertical leading so that the periods fall right on the line.
Then you can save it to your Symbols palette for further use. Then you can copy and paste the attributes to any new line. I haven't tried this but this is what I'd try at first.
You could also do it my creating a new CorelDRAW brush.
Rather than adding the file to the program file, I have my custom brushes in a separate folder in my backup drive so that if I have to reinstall DRAW for any reason, I don't lose my custom work. It also keep DRAW from running any slower, not having to load more than it has to. Then when you need it, you can navigate to where the brush is stored from the brush menu itself.

Here is how I would draw your example:
Create a blend (any number of steps) between two circles of identical (and required) size
Create a curve/line
Activate the blend docker
Select the blend group of circles
click on the path button in the blend docker
click on the recently drawn curve/line
Make sure 'blend along full path' is unchecked.
Select fixed spacing and feed in a value, say 5mm
Press 'Apply'
If you now select the last circle in the blend group you can drag it along the path curve creating many equaly spaced circles.

If I'm right, the line style looks like something you'd use on a map. I save all my map graphics in symbols because it is convenient.
