Broken link to GDI+ download error.

Well folks, I've got another one already.

I recommended Xtreme to a friend and he's getting the "Can't find GDI+" download error.

There is a link in the Knowledge Base to "The installer said it couldn't download GDI+ or XML4." But it is broken.

Does anyone know how to fix this for a machine running Win98SE?
