cannot download Template Pack 3

I just purchased new Template Pack 3. When I try to download purchased templates, i run into the problem.
When I click on Update Webstyle button updates are being downloaded, however, downloading stops on gellook theme. It does not progress from there.
I paid 19.95 already. What should I do?

After also purchased (paid by creditcard) Template Pack 3 and traying to download, I have the same problem and the download stops with on error code.
Do have enyone a sollution?

try this http://downloads.xara.com/downloads/...P3andXML4b.msi it's on the support page for Webstyle -'m not sure exactely what it does but it worked for me after i couldn't use them after downloading - install it then download again
