I learn as I go so I am working on a new newsletter, a repeat of last year, but I always change things around, not just the articles. I recycle some art but use it in a different way.

I made the mistake of not being careful which year CorelDRAW was being used for the Pantone Colors and had two different Pantone Greens on one page.

It was driving me nuts. Finally pasted the one page in a new document and divided the page into fourths and placed one fourth on each of four pages. That way I could preview the color separation on a fourth of the page at a time and see where my trouble lay. It made it alot simpler to find where I had the wrong color specified. It was in a white, as when I do a blend in order to avoid the split to CMYK, I blend from 100% down to 0% spot color.
