Adding Webstyle to DreamweaverMX

When I was looking at the movie tuts it showed when you click the insert menu Webstyle is listed both in FrontPage & Dreamweaver if I want to put a nav bar etc in one or the other. It's listed in my FrontPage 2003 index menu but not in Dreamweaver index menu. Can anyone help me with this.

I should have done this in the first place. I uninstalled WS4 and reinstalled. All is fine and well both on FrontPage & DreamweaverMX. Sorry if I caused any confusion, although i'm in that state often
