Dreamweaver Cell Height

When a menu is created and brought into a table cell in Dreamweaver the cell height is oversized versus the menu bar dimensions. I cannot find anything in the code, like a spacer.gif, and cannot reduce the height of the cell. This does not occur in Frontpage under same scenario. Any help would be appreciated.

I have this problem, too. Nothing will reduce the height of the cell/row. Dreamweaver 4. Also, the Talkgraphics entrance page doesn't recognize Netscape 7.1 and says the browser is unsupported.
