Default Test Post AND Viewing problem

Not sure if this is the right place for this, I have not posted here since the site update and thought to do 2 things at once.

A question for any people knowledgable in Windows issues because I don't think the problem below is caused by Xara. If this is Off Topic here could a moderator put it in the right place please?

I can't seem to open Xara animated files exported as swf file anymore. ( I have Xaxa X1) My OS is WindowsXP using an AMD Athlon 64 3000 CPU )

Older files work but newer files show all the layers as one frame stacked one on another when using QuickTime player to view. I have attached the two files ( I hope):

GreenStare (older) works Ball Bounce (newer) does not. Now neither works with IrvanView!

I have (had) assigned QuickTime and IrfanView as viewers but If left unassigned Windows does not seem to recognize this file type (swf) anymore and I’m presented with the generic icon on the desk top but when I click it once and do a mouse over it tells me it’s a “Shockwave flash object”

When IrfanView is the default viewer I get “Can’t read file header ! Unknown file format.” I have all the latest plugins installed.

I have updated Flash files now too.

I wonder if popup blockers are doing this?

    Thanks for any help.

    Thanks John,

I'm surprised it looked like that for you as well..

I am having trouble loading the Flash Stand alone player too, I wonder if that's the problem?

Thanks for taking the time John.
