Various Text Effects

With a few more effects from Xara's transparency power, there is a lot more than Chrome that the Chrome Plugin can do.

I am sure there are loads of others.

Just some of my ideas.

Didn't realize this was moved to this section of the forum.

Felt it was best to provide the pick-apart file. I have in the meanwhile, created a simpler gold style and included screen shots of how it is accomplished. You can also save this preset.

Thank you so much for the above Sally. As a novice I am completely overawed. In my own trials, I have been trying to get text into XPE to use the Eye Candy chrome plug-in, but I am unable to get XPE to access the text. Do I have to save it first as a GIF or JPEG file? Can anyone explain to me how to use the chrome plug-in for text. The "Help" is not -ful. Thank you.

I am answering my own question here - I have at last found that there is a live effects connection in Xtreme and that you don't have to use XPE. Fast on the uptake I'm not. Delighted with the find I am.
