    Default The Iceman

I worked on this as my project today. Learned alot about the Material Room and it's settings in Poser 6. What a pain in the you know what to learn this stuff. I hate getting old and stubborn and impatient. Thanks to Anton for his little nudges in the right direction. I like his style. He doesn't solve your inquiry he hints about what you should look into in order to make it happen and I did it!!

This is Apollo Maximus, Antons Toon Hair, my Material settings applied to Apollo, Undergear and Toon Hair. Background is the same one I've been using with just different overlays applied in PS-CS (Stary BG created in XaraX for my Space Being, all vector). I had fun but I was quite overwhelmed with trying to get my brain to get around certain hurtles in the Material Room, it's not easy.

Let me know what you think. And if your an X-Men fan then you should "get" the Iceman AKA Bobby Drake!! Class Clown and Romantic with bad luck in relationships and getting him self into trouble!! Hmmm, sounds like me!

    All the best to ya's.....
    Richard

Looks good. I've not even gone near the material room - do you recomend it?

I've been eyeing the script by face_off that adds realisim to the skin which looks really cool.

Think icicles John!! I didn't want this to be a complete rip off of Marvels Iceman so I need to add an element that would allow it to be more 'my' Iceman!

Well I like Aiko and I'm gearing up to do an Eszter render (she is an add on for Victoria 3, which adds new mesh over the original face with better morphs and looks) but right now I'm working with ApolloMaximus for the time being!

John, I like the reflections playing over the ice skin on your Iceman. How did you achieve this effect??
