    do anyone know any tutorials about setting up the color mangement?

    have a look in the help files there is a large segment on how to set up your colour management.
    Design is thinking made visual.

    For color management to work you have to start with Adobe Gamma which will adjust your monitor through the wizard. You find this in Settings/Control Panel.
