Default How do you delete a post

I messed up by posting twice, but can find no option to delete, even though the edit button says "Edit/Delete post". Is this not an option any more?.

    Sark

PS..You can't just erase all the text, you must leave at least one character.

Default Re: How do you delete a post

    Hello Sark,

I believe the TG board is set-up so that only moderators / admins may delete complete posts. I'm not sure how it was defined on Infopop, but the current set-up is a common way of doing it.

If you simply leave an empty posts - a moderator will delete it for you, when it's noticed.

I'm sure Antony will clarify if I'm mistaken.

Question Re: How do you delete a post

This is weird: after reading this thread, I went to check whether deleting is possible myself but there's no Edit button in my posts
I'm logged in all the time and the pages were fully loaded...

Either they're working on the forum again or I've been denied editing my own posts

[edit]OK, so now I can edit this post, but my previous posts show no edit button...
Hmm....someone up there must be listening [/edit]
