    Hey Rich,

that looks like a fancy piece of hard candy... But I still think I would pass on it tho... fly candy... Only a big kid would invent sumtine like that...

Probably make lots from those little kids... and all the (yuck) natural flavors, would mean the mommas would gladly buy em for the kiddies...

Hi Rich -- I love your image that looks like metalic ribbons. Great stuff!

    Thanks Ross,

Acrylic uses a vector approach to reflection maps, however, other applications can use the opaque maps in a bitmap method. I have tried these in the KTP modules. The transparent series of maps only work in E3/Acrylic. I made these with Xara and AutoFX Gel. There is a series of gazing balls in this forum that work nicely as maps. Painter has a KTP plugin. I think PSP can use maps. I have a metallic and shell series. I didn't know if there was any interest here. Rich

There is interest, I just do not have the software you post you use.

    John,

You should be able to use this rope image in one of Egg's articulated brushes.

I think the Acrylic beta expires in December, but the MS E3.3 doesn't expire, as I remember. This is not unique to the version. Rich

    pretty cool frame Rich...

So when are you gonna try taking a shot of the moon? You must have a zoom lense with that fancy toy of yours. If not, you can pick up a cheapy manual lense for not much at all.
