The shadows and position are very well done.
Would it be too much to have the doll hold another doll with same face etc?
A small crit. The hair/boot color is too dark...almost black.
If you look at the darkest parts of the background picture it seems to be dark sepia tone - not black. I'm thinking if you changed that it would perfect, 'cause its very good now!

.........you have given me some food for thought. I had originally considered adding another "doll", and maybe even more, but it seemed kind of obsessive. The boots definately need attention, but sometimes when you're so close, you can't see the forest for trees, you know? Thanks for the pointers, and I'll post the new version when I've worked out the kinks.

Ok Bob C......I took your advise and reworked the pic. I tried just adding another "doll" to the existing image, but just couldn't match the color, so instead I lightened the shoes and hair, and you're right - it does help (attacment #1), and redid the image, adding the other doll (attachment #2). I do like the 2nd doll, but am not sure if I should continue working with it or just leave well enough along.........Joey
