I get stuck at the very begining. while creating the beveled circles. im having trouble creating that....
whenever i create a circle and bevel it, it wants to do a fill of it and fills in the inside so it looks like a button instead of a hollow circle. can i get a step by step on how do do the first step?

That is not a bevel it is a circular fill, you can't use bevels to create brushes.
