Webstyle4 Fatal exception error

Hi, Just got my Webstyle4 CD and installed.

While playing around with the Nav bars/menu, my screen suddenly go blank and a "Fatal exception error" appears. I have to re-boot my PC. Tried a couple of times and always the fatal error appears.

Run my Webstyle 3.1 on Nav bars/menu without any problem what so ever.

Has any one encountered this?

Can Xara help pls?

Can you tell us what operating system you're using please, and what the specific fatal exception is?

Hi,

I am using Win 98se.

The comment is "A fatal exception 0E has occured at 017F : BFF9DFFF"

Have uninstall and re-install from WS4 CD - same problem. Need to re-boot PC.

Have just reported the problem (was away from office last few days) - awaiting reply and ticket number. Will post again later.
