Nice Peter!
Although I very much like your image, it seems to me the proportions of the shapes aren't as good as they could be. Are you familiar with the golden section. Another thing: on my monitor the colours don't appear to be the "primary" colours. I suspect there would be a improvment with such colours. Don't get me wrong - I think it is a beautiful design. I just think you could fine-tune it and make it even better.
