Read Errors

Does this happen to anyone else....

I finished working on my design, saved the file - everything seemed to go fine.

Then next time I try to open the file I get this message "A read error occurred (unknown) with the file". It's so annoying because i can view a thumbnail of the file but it just wont open up in xara!

Does anyone have the solution?

Bummer!

It sounds as if the file got corrupted somehow. There is a utility you can download for free in the Xara Xone Shareware page Expander.xar that may be able to retrieve some of or possibly all of your file.

The thumbnail image is not part of the file, only a snapshop of what is in the document.
