I'm off to Boston for the CorelWorld Conference.

While I am gone, I expect everyone to behave themselves and to get along with one another.

See you next week.

Gary,

Have a good trip. I was in Boston for a week long Windows Development Seminar in June. Great town!

Maybe, you have been before, but if not, two recommendations:
Legal Seafood - THE BEST Clams I've ever had. several locations. all excellent. They get their stuff every day and run all of it through a microbio lab. (downstairs from the original location)
Pomodoro - Had a wonderful dish of Cherrystone clams & linguini. It's on Hanover St. in the northern end near the Old North Church. So small they stored their unused chairs on the sidewalk. Also, right across the street is a place called Mike's Pastry. We sat in Pomodoro's eating for over an hour watching people double park and run in and out. (We missed them by 10 minutes and were really bummed.)

Safe Journeys,
Ric

What's it like to travel? I haven't left home since '94!

Can you take digital photos and post them for our entertainment??

I guess, I can duck out from the reception and catch a plane to New Mexico though. I'm sure no one will miss me.

If someone recommends you go to Quincy market for a take out lunch (worth going if you've not been before), make sure you don't try and get there on the "T" (Boston's metro railway). I did and ended up in Quincy the suburb, many miles out of Boston. Quincy market isn't on a station, although there's one fairly near (I forget which).

Cool Place. I liked the statue of Red Auerbach and his cigar next to Larry Bird's shoes in the common area next to the market. (I would be curious at the number of statues in that city.)
