How do I adjustpage width?

Please look at www.rcarlin.netfiorms.com and you'll see that I have to scroll right or left. How to I correct that so there is no scrolling required?
I've already tried adjusting th epage width but that didn't work. I don't want to adjust the template as I may be asking for trouble. I need some help .... thank you.

Hi.
I had the same problem with this Theme.

I solved it by editing the Horizontal navbar style settings and changing the width until it looked ok.

hnavigation
position: absolute;
height: auto;
width: 95%;
left: 20px;
top: 129px;
z-index: 5;
