Wow great looking stuff there guys. Right on... we'll have a lot of stuff to fill in the bg now!

Ok, i've now upLoaded all the models i've done.

There are a few new ones since that collage image above was posted:

Big Wheel
Tools (toys of course)

And i touched-up a couple of the others.
All models were saved in the most widely accepted .3DS format. But if anyone has any problems they can let me know.

BIG Wheel! WoooohooooO!!!! hehehee

I don't mind saying that this took a while to do. I only had one 3/4-view photo to work from. And needless to say... my memory of these things was NO help at all.

Same here, and when they let me have a go.. I'd skid the sh!t out of the back wheels 'till they blew! Pretty bad.

What are you using to model? I use solid edge for the most part, then export as .iges / into Rhino for use in bryce. I need Rhino to 'up' the mesh but i'll tweak it in there too. Reason I ask is, if you're doing your stuff in Rhino, the 'big wheel' tells me you're coming along nicely. I find Rhino a bit tough going myself. As mentioned, I do alot of modelling for a company here at home and it's going to get busier in the next month or so (knock on wood)... so, I won't have alot of time to devote to Rhinoceros. Anyway, keep it up.

Hey Wayne...

Check the extras training manual that comes on the CD. It's great for getting your feet wet in all the things Rhino can do.

I know what ya mean though Wayne... there are a LOT of tools & ways to model in Rhino... it's a lot to get a good grip on in a timely manner. But stick with it, it's well worth the investment i think.

Hi--

I and others have been locked off the site for the past 6 days.

I sent, Stu, your work to Jens' server, but before I did, I rendered 'em with textures. Just thought you'd like to see a different, and definitely NOT better interpretation.
Only the mind of the creator can finish a piece and still let it be his or her piece.
