Moving a project from 1 computer to another

Hi folks!
This is my first message in the forum.
I'll change my compuoter in a few days, and I hae 3 on-going projects that must be moved to the new computer. How do I proceed?

Just save the entire directory and copy to the anohter computer?

Move everything that is relevent for your projects from this folder to the same folder on the new computer. This will be in addition to the web elements that you have save within your website.
