Can't Download Menu Maker

I have just purchased Menu Maker. I have made about four attempts to download the trial version so I can unlock it, but every time I click "download now" I end up on a page that says "Page Cannot Be Found". I have also tried getting tech support, but always get taken back to the same page instead of a page to make contact with tech support.
