Check out Andy Art(www.screamdesign.com) he's got tons of great tutorials there and I believe he has some interface ones. There are some more at designsbymark.com hope this helps

I left a message in the main directory with some free good quality interfaces. It has them in layers so you can see the steps. Great for learning the techniques! the site is also selling a CD that has a hundred interfaces (also with layers so you can see the steps.) Very good deal...it helped me out. Hands on learning
