    Won't accept the serial number, won't do this or that, no tech support, getting double-billed on my credit card -- Have I ever had as bad an experience with software as this? Nothing even close. And I haven't even gotten to use it yet.Looking at all the problems on this board, this is will be a sad write-off. I'm looking elsewhere.

    Hi

    The program is unlocked by entering the member name and password of the account from which is was purchased.

    Go to xara.com/menumaker and download the menumaker trial

    Run the trial and click on unlock

    Enter the member name and password of the xara online account from which the product was purchased

    Next go to http://www.xaraonline.com and sign into your xara online account. Click on the link to download the template pack and install it

    run menu maker and begin using the program

    With regards to your account being double billed, please can you submit a support request or provide your ticket number if you have already done so
