Xara3D animated file

When I preview an animated file in the Xara3D program the animations work fine but when I use them on my website they move so slow and rarely finish the last cycle completely. What do I need to do to make them animate properly on my website? I have high speed connection at work and at home but neither seems to help the speed of the animated gif file.
