    Welcome to the board! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

Well let me see here now... hmmm... uhu, ayup.... hmmm.... ok i think i have something that'll fix that right up my friend... grab a small, hard-edged paint brush, press D key then X key. Create a New Layer right above the photo (so the photo isn't edited directly), and click the paint brush once over top of where you want this highlight in the eyes.
Lower the layer's Opacity to soften the effect.

If you'd like the highlight to be non-round (it's better not to use a round highlight actually), just use the Eraser tool to shape the highlight to your liking.

That'll be a million dollars, and a sack of double chocolate fudge cookies please. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif

hey mark the highlights aint whats bugging me, whats bugging me is how he gets the iris to "glow" or hmm how he lights the iris and then get more "details" in it, im prolly way off track when it comes to whats he actually does, u can see the eye here in 4 diffrent ways where #3 is the original, theres is also 1 version he made wich i sadly dont got on this comp where it looked like he had replaced the iris with a diffrent one too, so that got me playing with the radial blur and make a artificiall one but that looked just gay more or less for me.

i took ur advice and started to play around with that, what i did was i first dodged the iris made a new layer and added a highlight in a banana shape with a orange color then i screened that layer, that got me closer to what i want but it still looks a little hmm "amaturly made" and not so glassy,
anyways i posted the 4 eyes just so u would get a better overview of whats going on, i kno he does some tweaks in all the eyes but the main thing he does gotta be the same for all tho.
i dont know the guy who does this i just know the girl on the pics and shes the one who knows him, thats how i get the original pics, she knows i ve just started out with ps so she send me the originals from her photoshoots so i get quality pics to train at.

anyways thanks for ur replie and i hope u can give me a push in the right direction, i appriciate all input u could give http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

The eyelid cast a shadow across the top of the eye.
