I Draw the pattern in Xara, Using ZBrush I put a 3D plane on the canvas, import my pattern as Alpha and mask the plane with the pattern, apply inflate in Z axis, Export object.
Poser import object, apply Xara pattern as transparency map and woodgrain texture.

No saw dust.
