Menu doesn't load correctly

This is interesting and annoying: When I open my homepage, the menu loads as a row of x's. When I roll my mouse over them, the buttons appear. In short, the menu doesn't load until I hover my mouse over the space where the buttons should be.
I created the menu using the Dreamweaver MX plugin.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

looks like you havent uploaded all the graphics assciated with the navbar.

Addiiotnally your page contains several links to local files upon your pc. Therefore visitors to your site will not be able to view the images
