HELP!! dreamweaver to photoshop 6

I am a complete beginner so please forgive this question if everyone on the planet knows the answer except me.

Is it possible to export an optmised image from imageready 3 into dreamweaver 4? if so please tell me how.

You may wish to take things in two directions:

1. You do a site in a web page tool like DW, and you want to grab an image and put it in a graphics or presentation tool (perhaps to annotate it for a meeting, or to discuss ideas); you view the page in a browser eg Netscape and Print Screen and then paste it into your graphics tool.

2. You want to include a graphic in a web page. In this case you export it from the graphics tool, and then add HTML code to link (not import) in the graphic. If this is what you want to do, read the DW manual (Chapter 11).
