Is keep the same border, regardless of text amount possible?

I have a few buttons that have different text.

However, it seems that xara 3d automatically adjusts the size of the border to the amount of text of which I don't want.

I want all the borders dimensions to be exactly the same. For some reason 3D6 keeps changing the size of my imported border which is just a rectangle.
