Bitmaps and plugins

I'm using Corel 9 and keep geting an"unexpected error" message every time I try to use any of the plug-ins on a bitmap. What am I foregetting? Or, is my program broke?

Please make sure your running the latest sp release patches. Draw doesn't like too many plugins installed at one time, they all may not show up. Also try hitting F8 when starting draw up. Too many modifications to draw's desktop may cause problems too.
