can not save bcos button are disabled

i could not save and edit the nav menus all buttons are disabled what happened i got this problem 3 - 4 times so i reinstall the package ? how can i rectify with out reinstall

I'm also having this problem. I haven't changed a thing either. The editing buttons just stopped working (grayed-out). Must have been something done when new templates were uploaded.
