Images Not Showing In Netscape!!!

I am having problems with displaying my images in netscape when I add the extra code below. It does not work with it or without it. I have attached the file that I am using.

below is the code. Where would I put the other script??? I tried below and after, it does not work. I have an image folder with the images inside. The html is on the outside. What do I do now.
