Getting rid of lines in photo?

Got any suggestion in getting rid of those criss-cross lines on the baby?

I have tried several tools but wasn't very successful, Noise being one tool.
May be they can't be removed, you have any thoughts?

I think I would try a clone brush. Rich

Thanks Rich, I tried the clone brush but that doesn't remove the criss-cross & show the baby intact, at least the way I used it.

I look for similar color ane texture to repair uindividual areas. It does tak a little practice. Rich
